Manners is an expression of what it means to live a full life while attempting to respect the world around us.
The name is the point. Please and thank you. I'll just have water. Not at the dinner table. The small rules you were raised on, and knowing exactly when to break them. Live fully. Mind the room.
The clothes start as plain, hard-wearing garments: Dickies 874s, Regalia ringers, crewnecks and caps. They get washed down, left in the sun, cut, painted and embroidered by hand. One-of-ones are exactly that. Runs stop at five, ten or fifteen and aren't remade.
Every piece page names the garment it started as and lists everything done to it.
